Fiocco di toresan trevigiano
The product Fiocco is one of the finest salame of our production. Each sausage is obtained from the lean parts of the pork leg and it is salted, spicy and hand-worked to ensure uniqueness and originality. The natural smoking process gives it its unique taste and delicate fragrance.

The porchetta is obtained only and exclusively from selected pork thighs, processed with marinade based on natural flavors, cooked at low temperature in our high catering ovens.

Bresaola
Bresaola Toresan is made by favouring lean cuts of selected beef. The choice of natural aromas and a skilful smoking make our Bresaola unique. It is proposed in a traditional and spicy pepper.
Bresaola PEPATA
Our peppered bresaola is made from the whole cut of lightly marbled meat, mainly from the rump, covered with herbs and pepper.Soft to the touch, it can be eaten au naturel finely sliced, seasoned with extra virgin olive oil, or paired with fruit preserves.
SoPpressa con filetto
Sweet-tasting and savory depending on seasoning (sweeter if fresh, spicier if seasoned).Traditional sweet cured meat. To be cut into thin or thick slices according to taste.
Soppressa
The delicatessen Toresan offers a rich assortment of soppressa: with garlic, without and with fillet made thanks to the choice of the noble parts of the pig that allow to obtain a lean and genuine mixture.

pancetta arrotolata
It is obtained from the belly of the pig using 100% Italian meat. Pancetta Arrotolata (Rolled Bacon) Toresan is a particular salami that is well suited to Italian appetizers. It is offered rolled or stretched smoked raw on request also rolled with fillet or stretched with pepper. Very fragrant and delicate in taste.
CARPACCIO MARINATO AL MIRTO
Lean cut of meat, mainly of rump, covered with spices with a pleasant aroma.It can be sliced finely and seasoned with extra virgin olive oil, or pan seared and served with fresh vegetables. Well suited as both an appetizer and a serving dish.
GUANCIALE AFFUMICATO
Italian pork cheek flavored and processed with rind on the outside. Soft,uniform,mustard-yellow in color due to the smoking process,it has a harmonious taste,with the right spice-salt ratio.It can be eaten thinly sliced served on pizza or hot focaccias that enhance its taste,also ideal for pasta dressings and sauces,or used in the preparation of cold dishes and cicchetti or crostini .
GUANCIALE TRADIZIONALE
Italian pork cheek flavored and processed with rind on the outside. After the salting process with pepper, spices and wine, the guanciale is massaged every other day, smoked with beech wood and aged for at least 90 days. Ideal cured meat for some classic Italian recipes, such as pasta alla Carbonara or Amatriciana.
Salamino piccante adatto a cottura
To be cut into fine slices for consumption after cooking as a finishing ingredient in dishes such as pizzas and flatbreads. Sweet and moderately spicy in flavor. Natural smoking is done with beech wood and gives the bacon an appetizing and even more inviting flavor.
